Growth Marketer (Part‑Time – Opportunity to Grow into Head of Marketing)
Join Go! Running Tours, a global running company, as a part‑time Growth Marketer. Your role will drive marketing initiatives for both B2C and B2B clients across rapidly expanding markets, while also providing a pathway to eventually step into a Head of Marketing position.
Responsibilities
Lead all marketing activities for B2C and B2B clients, identifying new channels and markets to sell services.
Plan, launch, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on Meta and Google, exploring emerging platforms and measuring impact.
Own and enhance email marketing: build segmentation and automation flows, craft compelling copy, and analyze performance to drive growth.
Generate creative case studies, explore sponsorship opportunities, and pitch bold ideas that broaden reach to new runners, companies, and destinations.
Collaborate closely with the founder and global teammates, maintaining clear communication through Slack and brief weekly meetings.
Operate in a continuous improvement mindset—research new technologies, test hypotheses in pilot cities, and scale successful initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset coupled with creative copywriting skills.
Experience with email marketing automation, flow optimization, and data analysis.
Proficiency in planning and running paid media campaigns on Meta and Google.
Excellent communication, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Passion for growth, rapid experimentation, and scalable results.
Contract Details
USD 1,400 per month (25 hours per week), managed via Upwork.
Remote work with only 2–3 hours of internal meetings per week; remaining time dedicated to deep work.
