What This Role Is
You are the legal architect of our company formation engine.
Your job is to turn complex US legal requirements into clean, automated, AI-native systems that feel simple and frictionless to founders.
You will own the accuracy, structure, and scalability of our formation service.
What You Absolutely NeedDeep, Hands-On US Formation Experience
You must have real operational experience with:
LLC vs C-Corp structures (pros, cons, founder fit)
Delaware and Wyoming state filing processes
EIN applications and IRS processes
BOI reporting requirements
Registered Agent requirements
Operating Agreements, Bylaws, and core post-formation compliance
You've filed, managed, and maintained entities yourself. This cannot be theoretical knowledge.
Systems & Automation Mindset
You:
Break complex legal processes into clean, logical workflows
Think in systems, not tasks
Document clearly and structure information well
Obsess over eliminating friction
If something is repetitive, your instinct is to automate it.
