Job Opportunity: Business Development Specialist
The role of the Business Development Specialist is to drive revenue growth, foster strong partnerships, and ensure seamless project execution.
About this Role:
* You will support senior leaders in developing strategic relationships and driving business growth.
* Your responsibilities will include account management, partnership development, and CRM management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Development & Account/Partnership Management (80%): Identify potential partners aligned with our offerings, build and maintain strong relationships, and collaborate across internal teams to support partnership initiatives.
* Support for Senior Leaders (20%): Maintain and update CRM tasks, follow-ups, and next steps, assist with scheduling meetings, calendar management, and coordinating sales activities.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
* 2+ years proven experience in Business Development, Account Management, Partnership Management, or Sales Coordination.
* Project Management or Account Management certification is an asset.
* Familiarity with digital displays and interactive technology is an advantage.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects or accounts at once.
* Experience using CRM tools and productivity software.
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
