OverviewSvitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Project Manager for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Brazil. Our client is a Toronto-based technology company specializing in AI-powered healthcare consumer experience (CX) platforms. The company is developing systems that predict user behavior in health programs by aggregating historical engagement data into models. Additionally, they are working on personalizing user content by analyzing user profiles and previous interactions with content. These innovations aim to tailor health program recommendations and content delivery to individual needs. It offers health insurance, employee health benefits, digital health services, patient engagement and care, consumer health services, and other benefits. The company has evolved from serving employers to supporting payers, providers, and consumer health partners across the U.S., Canada, and the Asia-Pacific region.ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of one or more project plans, including status reports, risk logs, and issue management. You\'ll manage program calendars and meeting schedules to ensure timely execution.Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Communications, Product, Engineering, and Operations) to ensure alignment, communicate project status, and escalate issues. You\'ll motivate and guide these teams to deliver on time and to customer requirements.Employ strong problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and uncertainty during implementation and product development. You\'ll identify dependencies, coordinate with teams to ensure their attainment, and mitigate risks to maintain delivery schedules.Support change control processes and governance meetings to ensure the integrity of the project scope and timeline. You\'ll also act as a liaison for testing initiatives, providing a smooth testing lifecycle with clients.Manage deliverables and document control processes. You\'ll also capture ongoing customer feedback and support internal initiatives to develop and improve documentation and processes, contributing to the evolving delivery model.Apply project management best practices, tools, and processes in accordance with internal standards, partnering with Delivery Leads to escalate and overcome barriers to project success.Desired outcomes (metrics & KPIs)Quality and timely execution of implementation projects.NPS/CSAT for client onboarding and ongoing activities.Qualifications5+ years of experience in a high-performance software delivery capacity.5+ years of experience in project management is preferred.Experience in healthcare, consumer applications, or technology.Bachelor’s degree or equivalentAbout SvitlaSvitla Systems is a global trusted IT solutions company headquartered in California, with business and development offices through out the US, Latin America, Europe, and Asia.
