Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agile Practitioner to join our team as a Scrum Master. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile practices in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
This hands-on role will involve facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles. You will work closely with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regions to foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums) and familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus. Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar is also required.

* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
