Senior Full Stack Developer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled remote full-time Senior Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of professional experience to join our team. You will help build the foundation of our back-end and data systems using Supabase, TypeScript, and modern web frameworks.

The role will focus on platform development enabling robust data pipelines, operations automation, and API integrations that support our growing applications. We combine data science and technology to help enterprises value and restore nature creating measurable environmental and economic impact.


Main Responsibilities:

* Design, build, and extend back-end systems using Supabase leveraging database, auth, and edge function capabilities.
* Develop and maintain TypeScript-based APIs and integrations that underpin our platform and data services.
* Collaborate with front-end developers to deliver end-to-end features and performant user-facing experiences.
* Contribute to the evolution of our internal automation tools and data pipeline implementations.
* Work closely with product, data, and AI teams on new integrations from analytics and forecasting to blockchain-enabled features.
* Ensure reliability, performance, and scalability while maintaining lightweight maintainable systems.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

* Excellent English communication skills.
* 5+ years of professional experience in full stack or back-end development with strong proficiency in TypeScript.
* Practical experience with Supabase preferred or NextJS Express or other TypeScript frameworks.
* Solid understanding of API design, database schema design, and serverless architecture patterns.
* Ability to contribute across the stack from back-end logic and data modeling to key front-end integrations.
* Experience using AI tooling such as Cursor and CoPilot.
* Experience working independently in Agile distributed teams.
* Proven delivery experience in a vibrant dynamic startup environment.
