We are seeking a seasoned Paid Media Specialist to manage Meta, Google, and TikTok ad accounts for US-based e-commerce brands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute effective ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, ad budgets, revenue, and core metrics to optimize campaigns
* Run profitable creative testing campaigns and identify trends to inform future ad strategies
* Create data-driven performance marketing reports for client accounts
* Collaborate with clients to develop targeted marketing strategies and improve overall campaign effectiveness
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; or equivalent experience
* Prior experience working with e-commerce brands or advertising agencies is preferred
* Strong proficiency in Facebook and Google Ads management for e-commerce brands
* Ability to scale ad budgets effectively
* Excellent communication and analytical skills
* A portfolio of work demonstrating expertise in paid media management
Autonomous worker with strong conceptual thinking and a hunger to deliver exceptional results. Comfortable using internal communication tools like Monday.com, Google Drive, Zoom, and Slack. Confident in expressing opinions and pushing back on leadership when necessary.
