Requirements
* 8+ years of IT project management experience in an Agile Scrum environment.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft DevOps, user stories, epics, sprints, and Agile metrics.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
