Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Account Manager to lead our key accounts and drive revenue growth through strategic planning, relationship-building, and exceptional customer service.
Account Planning:
Develop comprehensive account plans to identify business opportunities and achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets by identifying new business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals effectively, and managing the sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and customer onboarding.
Market Intelligence:
Gather market intelligence and competitor activities to share insights with the sales team, contributing to the development of sales strategies and best practices.
