Job Title: Project Coordinator
We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects from ideation to sunset.
Your primary focus will be on coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors to deliver high-quality results on time and within scope. You will work closely with the project manager to ensure that all projects meet their objectives and are completed successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate project schedules and timelines to ensure timely completion.
* Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors.
* Manage project documentation, including reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes.
* Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
* 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
