As a seasoned Agile expert, you will take on the role of Scrum Master, leading one to two Scrum teams and driving continuous improvement in Agile practices.
This is a hands-on position that requires collaboration with distributed teams and close working relationships with Agile leadership.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe principles, as well as experience working with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team.
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery.
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices.
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master.
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums).
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus.
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts.
* Experience working with distributed, global teams.
