We are seeking an Assistant of Technology Information (TI) who is responsible for providing technical support to users, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and computer systems, as well as the security and integrity of information.
The role involves installing and configuring hardware and software, attending to support calls, resolving technical problems, and guiding users in the use of technological tools.
Responsibilities
 * Suporte Técnico: Problems of hardware and software, such as installation of programs, configuration of printers, password recovery, etc.
 * Administração De Redes: Managing the company's local network, configuring and monitoring network devices, ensuring connectivity and access to network resources.
 * Instalação e Configuração De Hardware e Software: Installing new equipment, configuring operating systems and software, and performing security updates.
Requirements
 * Conhecimentos Técnicos: Profound knowledge of computer science, operating systems, hardware and software, computer networks, information security, etc.
 * Habilidade de comunicação: Ability to clearly and concisely explain technical problems to users, using accessible language.
 * Empatia: Ability to put oneself in the user's place and meet their needs, offering quality service.
 * Pro atividade: Seeking solutions to problems, anticipating user needs, and offering support before problems occur.
 * Trabalho em equipe: Ability to collaborate with other members of the IT team and other company departments.
