We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Administrative Professional to support our Client Success Senior Manager.

As an Executive Assistant, you will partner with our Customer Success Senior Manager at a growing digital marketing agency specializing in financial advisors.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional administrative support, ensuring seamless client onboarding and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
* BUILD AND OPTIMIZE BIO PAGES FOR NEW FINANCIAL ADVISOR CLIENTS
* C-coordinate with account managers to ensure seamless client setup
* CONFIGURE CALENDAR LINKING SYSTEMS AND GHL ACCOUNT SETUPS
* ENSURE EVERY NEW CLIENT HAS A FLAWLESS ONBOARDING EXPERIENCE
* FACILITATE & MANAGE ALL CLIENT OFFBOARDING COMMUNICATIONS WITH PROFESSIONALISM
* EXECUTE DRIP MESSAGE CAMPAIGNS AND IMPLEMENT CLIENT-REQUESTED CHANGES
* CONDUCT THOROUGH ACCOUNT AUDITS TO IDENTIFY AND RESOLVE MESSAGING ERRORS
* HANDLE MONTHLY BILLING FOLLOW-UPS AND RENEWAL COMMUNICATIONS
* ATTEND WEEKLY CLIENT MEETINGS AS THE CSM'S RIGHT HAND
* Take detailed meeting notes and create actionable task lists
* Collaborate with account managers to ensure all client requests are tracked and completed
* Maintain organized records of all client interactions and outcomes
Requirements
* 2+ years of executive assistant or client support experience
* Proficiency with CRM systems (GHL experience preferred)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in digital marketing or financial services
* Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
* Previous experience supporting customer success teams
