 * Understand industry-specific landscapes and trends, becoming an expert in the staffing industry.
Qualifications:
 * Excellent communication skills and native-like English level.
 * Demonstrated ability to problem solve and effectively manage time, possessing a proactive mindset and being motivated by commission and career growth.
 * Track record of exceeding quota as SDR, showcasing high EQ, empathetic response, and accountability.
