Role overview
We're looking for a
Appointment Setter - SDR
to generate and qualify new sales opportunities and support pipeline growth. You'll research ideal prospects, run outbound outreach, and work closely with Sales and Marketing to book qualified meetings and help move opportunities forward. This is a high-impact role for someone who's proactive, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
• Research and identify target accounts and decision makers (dealership groups, automotive retail organizations, and related partners)
• Build outbound sequences and run consistent outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify fit, need, and timing
• Book discovery meetings and coordinate calendars for Account Executives
• Keep clean, accurate CRM records and manage pipeline stages for your leads
• Collaborate with Marketing to improve messaging, targeting, and campaign performance
• Track weekly activity and results (meetings booked, conversion rates, pipeline generated)
• Support the sales process with notes, follow-ups, and basic prospect education on the product value
What we're looking for
• 1 to 3+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales roles (B2B SaaS preferred)
• Strong prospecting and communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and outreach tools (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar)
• Comfortable with targets and performance metrics
• Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and follow up consistently
• Curiosity and coachability, you like improving your pitch and testing what works
Nice to have:
experience selling to automotive, dealerships, FinTech, eCommerce platforms, or fraud prevention solutions
