Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to design, implement and support complex IT systems for enterprise clients.
Main Responsibilities:
* System Design: Design and install systems technologies, including servers, storage and Active Directory.
* Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients on integrating new technologies into existing infrastructures.
* Project Delivery: Work with engineering teams to deliver tailored business solutions for critical environments.
* Support Management: Manage and resolve client support tickets, maintaining clear communication and documentation.
* Time Tracking: Track time against project agreements to ensure service efficiency and profitability.
* Progress Reporting: Report on project progress and participate in ongoing technical training and development.
