Job Description
We are seeking an expert to conduct customer discussions around requirements and technical drawings. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and consulting on enterprise data platforms in a customer-facing role, including design, configuration, and solution architecture.
The selected professional will be responsible for conducting detailed and complex unit tests, secure code testing and troubleshooting, and source code management. They will also contribute to integration, systems and performance testing and code tuning, as well as participate in secure code peer reviews.
In addition, the successful candidate will define and promote opportunities for the reuse of code, configurations, procedures and techniques, and will contribute to the improvement and maintenance of applications and programs.
The job requires proficiency in migrating data from traditional applications to Salesforce using the Import Wizard and Data Loader utility, and experience with handling multi-country deployments and managing multiple instances of Salesforce.Com.
Solution Modeling - Creates, designs, and formulates models, diagrams, and documentation using IT processes, standards, tools, version control, and build and test automation to meet business, technical, security, governance, and compliance requirements.
Data Modeling - Creates, writes, and tests data models, test scripts, and build scripts using IT processes, patterns, and tools, version control, and automation
Performance tuning - Conceptualizes, analyzes, and resolves application, database, and hardware issues using IT processes, standards, and tools, version control, and build and test automation to meet business, technical, security, governance, and compliance requirements.
Solution Validation Testing - Validates a configuration item or solution change using the IT Operating Model (ITOM), including SDLC standards, tools, and metrics, to ensure that it works as designed and meets customer requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Degrees in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field
* Fluency in English
* Experience with data architecture and writing SQL queries
* Proficient in migrating data from traditional applications to Salesforce
* Experience with handling multi-country deployments and managing multiple instances of Salesforce.Com
