Electrical VDC Team Lead Job Description
As a skilled Electrical VDC Team Lead, you will oversee the development and delivery of electrical BIM models, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards. You will manage and guide a team of electrical engineers, providing technical support, quality checks, and mentorship to ensure accurate and efficient model development.
You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective model coordination and clash-free deliverables. This includes conducting regular model audits, data checks, and quality control reviews to ensure the integrity and reliability of electrical BIM deliverables.
Additionally, you will prepare and deliver BIM-related documentation, including model execution plans, progress reports, schedules, and technical presentations. You will also support the integration of BIM with other digital tools for enhanced project delivery.
