* Work in cross-functional pods with UA, strategy, and product to test bold hypotheses
* Collaborate with designers, illustrators, and editors to refine the visual language of each title
* Design with platform-specific best practices in mind (e.g. TikTok-native visuals, playable formats, etc.)
* Maintain a consistent creative bar while moving fast and learning faster
Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in motion design for mobile ads, ideally in gaming or mobile apps
* Deep portfolio of performance-driven creative. Especially video ads.
* Expertise with After Effects and Capcut. Craftsman+ is a plus.
* Strong visual storytelling instincts—hook quickly, land the payoff, and drive action
* Experience with creative automation or AI tooling
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative, data-informed environment
* Understanding of ad platform dynamics (e.g. IPM, CTR, CVR) and how creative impacts performance
Nice to Have
* Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Hands-on familiarity with creative testing frameworks (e.g. A/B multivariate testing)
* Interest in how creative strategy intersects with UA, ASO, and LTV optimization
