The Client Success Manager will own relationships with various clinic clients.
This role combines client communication, data-driven performance management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
* Client Communication:
o Main point of contact for each clinic client
o Communicate daily via calls, emails, and texts, keeping clients informed proactively
* Onboarding Process:
o Lead new clients through setup: ensuring tracking, campaigns are properly configured
* Campaign Monitoring & Troubleshooting:
o Review ad and funnel performance daily
o Identify drops or issues early and diagnose potential causes
