Expert ServiceNow ITOM Specialist Wanted

We seek a highly skilled ServiceNow expert with extensive experience in leading the development and enhancement of our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Integrations, and related ITOM modules.


* Design, develop, and implement complex ServiceNow solutions including CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
* Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules.
* Lead development of integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
* Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
* Provide solutions that utilize most out-of-the-box features without requiring customizations.

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
* 5-7 years of ServiceNow development experience with a focus on ITOM.
* Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integrations.
* Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting.
* Experience with automation and DevOps practices, familiarity with continuous integration (CI/CD), code versioning tools such as Git, and Agile principles.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally.
