Role Summary
We are seeking a Pricing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing spot quotes, analyzing customer RFQs/RFPs, and building competitive pricing proposals.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Quote Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely quotes for various modes of transportation, including truckload, LTL, reefer, flatbed, and specialty shipments.
2. Pricing Strategy Development: Analyze market conditions, historical data, and customer requirements to develop pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
3. Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to support new business opportunities and respond quickly to customer quote requests.
4. Data Analysis: Track key performance indicators such as win rates, margins, and quote response times to identify areas for improvement.
