Key Account Manager - Contract NegotiationAs the primary liaison between our organization and suppliers, you will foster strong relationships with key partners for a defined portfolio of hotels within a specific geographic area.Negotiate contract renewal terms including rate, inventory, offers, release periods, marketing contributions, overrides, and cancellation policies.Monitor hotel performance closely with the Yield Manager to ensure competitiveness and availability is not an issue.Act as the key point of contact for experienced suppliers and develop and maintain excellent working relationships with them.Support the resolution of major supplier or client complaints, negotiating suitable solutions to maintain good service and positive relationships.Educate suppliers on our value proposition and marketing tools to optimize contract income.To succeed in this role, you should possess strong negotiation and relationship management skills, experience in contracting and supplier management within the travel or hospitality industry, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies, proficiency in relevant software tools, and fluency in English.About the Role:This is a high-impact position that requires a unique blend of business acumen, interpersonal skills, and technical knowledge.
