Senior Benefits Manager
This role is responsible for leading the strategy, design, and management of employee benefits programs across Latin America.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a comprehensive benefits strategy that supports business growth and employee value proposition.
* Design and manage benefits programs including health, retirement, life, disability, and wellbeing across multiple Latin American markets.
* Ensure compliance with local regulations, labor laws, and reporting requirements.
* Develop compelling communication strategies to help employees understand and value their benefits.
* Leverage data and market insights to drive benefits strategy and cost management decisions.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
* 10+ years of experience with a leadership position managing employee benefits in a multi-country regional role across Latin America.
* Proven success in benefits management within a highly matrixed, high-growth technology or multinational environment.
