Minimum Qualifications Assistant Professor: Earned Doctoral Degree or ABD in Rehabilitation Counseling, Rehabilitation Counselor Education, Rehabilitation Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or closely related field from a CACREP accredited program. For those who have not graduated from a CACREP accredited program, it is expected to have been employed as a full-time faculty member in a counselor education program for at least a full academic year before July 1st, 2013. Graduate and Undergraduate level teaching experiences and clinical experience with diverse disability population in the field of rehabilitation counseling. 4. Excellence in leadership and advocacy relevant to rehabilitation counseling. 5. Clinical and teaching experience in counseling and counseling skill development including online/virtual formats. 6. Excellence in quantitative and qualitative methodology and statistical analyses used in the field of counseling. 7. Excellence will be evaluated relative to the ranking the candidate is applying for. Associate Professor: 1.
