In this role, you will:
* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for cross-functional teams focused on customer data ecosystem.
* Remove obstacles and impediments hindering team progress, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
* Coach the team on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum frameworks.
* Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements.
* Track team performance metrics, such as velocity and burndown, and work to improve productivity and efficiency.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging the adoption of Agile best practices.
* Foster a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to contribute and innovate.
* Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all sprints consider data privacy and regulatory requirements.
* Lead efforts to integrate compliance requirements into the agile development process.
* Provide guidance on managing dependencies between teams and coordinating cross-team collaboration.
* Stay current with industry trends in Agile methodologies, applying relevant advancements to enhance team performance.
* E nsure the team's work is aligned with business objectives, delivering value to the organization.
* Offer training and mentoring to team members and other Scrum Masters within the organization.
* Resolve conflicts and challenges within the team, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
* Drive Change Management by coaching the team and supporting them on their transformation journey through establishing clear processes and challenging their mindset shift.
We prioritize the integration and use of Azure DevOps tools among project teams to optimize collaboration, code management, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strive to leverage Azure DevOps features to enhance project transparency and delivery efficiency.
The ideal candidate has expertise in Agile methodologies and experience with Scrum frameworks.
You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Azure DevOps knowledge and proficiency in using its tools would be advantageous.
