Job Opportunity: UI/UX Designer
We're seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team in supporting the ongoing development of a SaaS product.
This is a part-time 20 hour per week role ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with product and engineering teams to create user-centered design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web-based SaaS products.
* Improve usability and visual consistency across the platform.
* Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape features from concept to delivery.
* Apply UX thinking to simplify complex data-heavy or financial interfaces.
* Maintain and evolve design systems and UI components.
* Incorporate feedback and iterate quickly in a fast-moving environment.
* Support marketing initiatives when needed including visual assets and design for marketing content.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer working on SaaS products.
* Strong preference for experience in fintech, finance, or data-heavy platforms.
* Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design.
* Strong visual design skills with high attention to detail.
* Advanced proficiency in Figma required.
* Ability to communicate design decisions clearly in English.
* Comfortable working independently and managing priorities in a part-time setup.
Additional Information:
* Graphic design skills are a plus to support marketing content and visual assets.
* Experience working with early-stage or fast-growing startups is beneficial.
* Familiarity with design systems and accessibility best practices is an asset.
* Experience collaborating in remote distributed teams is desirable.
