Job Title
A Training Operations Coordinator is required to support our Frankfurt-based customers by delivering outstanding service and coordinating training session delivery.
* Analyze training needs and determine the number of sessions required to train trainees according to courses and site.
* Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation as needed.
* Organize training sessions according to trainee expectations and availability, ensuring proper execution.
* Calibrate and coordinate with the Indian team for any changes or updates in training events or programs.
* Support completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoicing if required.
Requirements
* 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and operations.
* Exposure to an international work environment.
* High-level understanding of the training landscape.
* Customer service-oriented approach is essential.
* Team player with excellent communication skills.
* Attention to detail, organized, and capable of prioritizing activities.
* Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
