We seek a driven and entrepreneurial Regional Manager in Brazil to manage and accelerate our growth.
This individual will operate at the intersection of distributor oversight and direct market development, ensuring Rigicon's excellence in penile implant and artificial urinary sphincter adoption.Key Responsibilities:Distributor Management:Act as the primary Rigicon contact for Brazilian distributors.Set clear goals, KPIs, and expectations for distributor activities, surgeon coverage, and sales performance.Support and enhance distributor capabilities through continuous training and field coaching.Surgeon Engagement and Education:Build trust and loyalty among urologists, particularly those focused on prosthetic solutions (penile implants, artificial urinary sphincters).Attend key surgeries when necessary to ensure successful implantation and surgeon satisfaction.Organise and support local educational initiatives: workshops, cadaver labs, surgeon roundtables.Market Development:Identify and activate new centres and high-potential surgeons across private and public sectors.Promote Rigicon's differentiated technologies, clinical outcomes, and patient satisfaction benefits.Collaborate with surgeons to support patient awareness initiatives when appropriate.Business Intelligence:Collect and report competitive intelligence, regulatory updates, reimbursement dynamics, and market trends.Maintain updated market mapping of key centres, volume estimations, and surgeon profiles.Compliance:Operate in strict adherence to local healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and Rigicon's internal policies.Requirements:5+ years experience in medical devices, preferably within urology, surgical, or implantable devices.Prior experience working with distributor models or hybrid (semi-direct) structures preferred.Proven ability to engage surgeons and support surgical procedures.Strong knowledge of the Brazilian healthcare landscape and key players in urology.Portuguese fluency mandatory; English working proficiency required.Willingness to travel extensively across Brazil.Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset.Preferred Background:Prior experience in prosthetic urology (penile implants, artificial urinary sphincters) strongly preferred.Relationships with leading urologists or KOLs in Brazil will be highly valued.
