We are seeking an experienced delivery leader to lead Agile teams for a prominent e-commerce platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Agile Delivery & Facilitation:
* Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews/demos, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement and ensure high-quality delivery.
* Partner with product owners to prioritize backlogs, refine user stories, and define sprint goals.
* Cultivate cross-team dependencies (e-commerce platform integrations) by removing impediments (dependencies) and promoting flow efficiency by limiting WIP and reducing blockers.
