Business Development Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. As the primary point of contact for multiple assigned accounts, you will be responsible for overseeing the continued development of business from onboarding throughout the lifetime of the account.
Your key objective in this role will be assisting in revenue-generating opportunities and providing outstanding support to ensure our partners' confidence in our platform.
Key Responsibilities:

* Navigate clients through our platform's features, addressing concerns and providing unmatched value.
* Work independently and collaboratively with team members to achieve account satisfaction.
* Daily task tracking and weekly performance reporting according to assigned KPIs.
* Ongoing self-education for industry knowledge and platform features.
