Job Summary:
This role is responsible for market development, customer relationships maintenance, and sales leadership. It involves creating and implementing sales strategies to meet targets, managing sales contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales goals.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales plans to meet business objectives.
* Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Build strong partnerships with key customers and establish effective communication channels.
* Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions as required.
Requirements:
* A minimum of three years of experience in the food ingredients or additives industry.
* Fluency in English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in office software applications.
* Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the hydrocolloid industry is preferred.
* Familiarity with application technology of hydrocolloid products is an advantage.
