We are seeking a forward-facing & trueDigital Marketing Expertwith creative thinking, hands-on expertise, and excellent English communication with thefollowing skills:
Effectively analyze Analytics
Strong hands-on expertise in at least 3 digital marketing channels
Ability to create compelling and engaging copy for marketing campaigns
Increase the brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
Create and implement an effective strategy totarget recruiters to post jobs&candidates to apply to jobs
Effective use of AI to streamline tasks and improve results
The Goalsfor this position are to achieve the following:
Generate 100 job postings monthly, listed on the site within 2 months
500 job postings monthly listed within 6 months
1000 job postings monthly listed within 12 months
The majority of jobs should get their first applicant within 1 business day
Required Skills:
Excellent English speaking and writing skills
Strong copywriting skills
7+ years of digital marketing experienceand expertise in at least 3 online marketing channels
Proven ability to use AI effectively to streamline and enhance marketing results
Proven ability to lead and grow marketing teams
Proven track record of growing brands online, by showcasing previous results
Ideation-driven and proven ability to create strategies to ensure goals are met

This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position as our headquarters are in the US.
As our clients are in the US,we do require team members who can work up until 3 pm EST.
