Job Description
We're seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across Latin America. This role will focus on selling nutraceutical ingredients to the dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries, building a high-quality pipeline and long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow key accounts across Latin America, fostering senior-level relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors.
* Develop and execute country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business.
* Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market plans.
* Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify white space and protect share.
* Meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene.
* Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
* Provide technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 5+ years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within Latin America.
* A strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients and their applications in dietary supplements and functional F&B.
* The ability to prospect, build pipelines, negotiate, and close across multiple countries.
* Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish; English is a plus.
* Self-motivation and comfort working remotely; excellent territory/time management skills.
* Based in Brazil with willingness to travel across Latin America as required.
* Proficiency with MS Office and CRM (ZOHO preferred).
