Senior Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) Specialist
We are seeking an experienced IDP specialist to lead automation and digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering end-to-end IDP solutions, utilizing document extraction techniques, and designing architectures for workflow definition.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze documents and business requirements to define extraction feasibility and development effort.
* Design and architect IDP solutions, including document classification, labeling strategies, extraction rules, NLP/ML models, and workflow design.
* Build and manage workflows including validation and human-in-the-loop activities.
* Conduct testing, performance evaluation, and quality assurance of extraction models.
* Fine-tune classifiers, rules, and ML models to improve accuracy and meet KPIs.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and deliver documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.
Requirements:
* Hands-on experience delivering IDP projects end-to-end.
* Strong knowledge of document extraction techniques, like extraction rules, NLP, deep learning etc.
* Experience with IDP solutions design, architecture, and workflow definition.
* Familiarity with IDP tools such as UiPath Document Understanding, Kofax/Tungsten, Amazon Textract, Google Document AI, Microsoft AI Builder / Document Intelligence.
* Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript, Python) for customization and integration.
* Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (written and spoken).
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
