Social Media Manager
We are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to join our team. As a key member of our content marketing strategy, you will be responsible for extracting value from every piece of content, distributing it effectively across various platforms, and building operational systems to maintain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Listen to internal podcast episodes and extract core insights to develop a multi-format content strategy.
* Write high-converting, engaging copy for all repurposed assets, including captions, blog intros, and hook-driven carousel copy.
* Create and document repeatable workflows for repurposing content efficiently across all platforms.
* Build and maintain SOPs and systems to streamline publishing, scheduling, and internal collaboration.
* Collaborate with design, social, and product teams to ensure content aligns with brand goals and business objectives.
* Track performance of content and continuously optimize distribution based on insights.
Requirements:
* Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across formats and platforms.
* Proven experience in content repurposing, especially turning long-form content into multi-format deliverables.
* Sharp understanding of content distribution strategy, including scheduling, hooks, CTAs, and platform best practices.
* Solid marketing operations background; building and managing systems, SOPs, and content workflows.
* Highly organized and self-directed with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of content pipelines end-to-end.
Nice to Have Qualifications:
* Experience managing social media calendars and repurposing frameworks.
* Familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, Zapier, Descript, and Metricool or similar.
* A creative mindset with a keen eye for emerging trends in content marketing and creator-led brands.
