Job Title: Engineering Design Specialist (Contract – Remote)
Location: Remote (Global) Permanent Remote Work
Contract Duration: 22 Weeks
Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Compensation: USD $15 – $35 per hour (based on experience)

We are hiring experienced Engineering Design Specialists to work on advanced, simulation-based design challenges that support cutting-edge technology initiatives.
This is a unique opportunity to apply deep engineering expertise to create realistic, high-impact design problems involving real-world constraints, trade-offs, and system optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop simulation-based engineering problems with clear constraints and performance goals
Create detailed problem sets including solutions, edge cases, and variations
Validate engineering designs using physics-based simulation tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and improve design challenges
Ensure accuracy across calculations, assumptions, and real-world feasibility

Experience creating engineering problems, coursework, or technical assessments
Exposure to AI/ML, simulation workflows, or automation frameworks
Cross-domain engineering knowledge
