Responsibilities
Plan and execute the best strategies to maximize revenue per truck, meeting the needs of different driver profiles, using data for the whole process.
Negotiate the best rates with Freight Brokers, always looking for the most profitable options, seeking competitive rates per mile and total freight.
Monitor drivers’ activities and balance home time requests with the operational need for billing, for both the driver and the company.
Communicate with drivers daily to optimize productivity and reduce driver turnover.
Track all cargo from dispatch to delivery and resolve any issues until delivery.
Perform an administrative role by completing appropriate documentation, monitoring driver progress, and ensuring required documentation is attached for cargo billing.
Update information about the load from pickup to delivery into the Billor platform.
Create and maintain relationships with Freight Brokers.
Monitor the status of the fleet throughout the day, keeping internal and external stakeholders updated; monitor fleet and revenue performance indicators.
Plan revenue goals and weekly strategy with the customer (driver).
Requisitos
Fluent in English and Portuguese.
Have high negotiation skills.
Passionate about customer service.
Communicate assertively with a focus on solving problems.
Be resilient and persistent, knowing how to deal with different profiles.
Have commercial skills and know how to work with aggressive goals.
Previous experience as an account manager.
Proactivity and focus on results.
On-site/Hybrid in Joinville, SC.
