ABI Growth includes the following business lines: BEES (our business-to-business e-commerce and SaaS business, also focused on new technologies), TaDa and Ze Delivery (our direct-to-consumer e-commerce businesses), and several other high-tech divisions, including fintech and venture capital.
What you'll do
* Provide servant leadership and mentorship to cross-functional agile teams delivering technology solutions
* Identify and remove any impediments/distractions that interfere with the team’s ability to deliver against their commitments
* Communicate project status to all stakeholders
* Maintain the product roadmap aligned between Engineering and Product
* Raise, manage, and monitor risk mitigation plans
* Challenge and enable the team to continuously improve through intentional Lean and data-driven inspect and adapt cycles (retrospectives)
* Follow technical releases, escalating problems to the leadership
* Be constantly challenged to create world-class solutions
What you'll need
* University degree in courses related to computing such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development (MBA/Mastering is a plus)
* Advanced communication skills in English (written and spoken)
* Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
* Proven experience with Agile projects
* Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic and time-sensitive work environment
