Business Analysts play a pivotal role in identifying business needs and developing innovative solutions to drive growth and improvement. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing processes, designing and configuring Salesforce solutions, and ensuring seamless adoption by end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Requirements Elicitation & Documentation
 o Engage with stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce implementations.
 * Process Analysis & Optimization
 o Map, analyze, and optimize business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement using Salesforce functionalities.
 * Solution Design & Configuration
 o Collaborate closely with IT and stakeholders to design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals.
 * Analytics & Reporting
 o Prepare technical reports, dashboards, and visualizations by collecting and analyzing business data and CRM trends.
 * Testing & Training
 o Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), prepare training materials, and facilitate learning sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
 * Stakeholder Collaboration
 o Communicate clearly with business leaders, project managers, developers, and end-users to ensure requirements are fully understood and solutions deliver maximum value.
 * Continuous Improvement
 o Gather feedback post-implementation, monitor solution performance, and iterate on Salesforce configurations for ongoing optimization.
Requirements:
 * Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales cloud, Quote, Order and Contract Management Testing (UAT).
 * Business case writing, wireframing, and flow diagrams.
 * Salesforce configuration and administration.
 * Basic programming/scripting (Apex, SOQL) is advantageous.
