About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to serve as a strategic bridge between our U.S.-based management and development teams and our nearshore technical team.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Liaise between U.S. stakeholders and nearshore ServiceNow development team
* Drive full lifecycle implementations of the ServiceNow platform
* Manage project timelines, documentation, and cross-team collaboration
* Analyze business needs and translate them into ServiceNow configuration and process improvements
* Lead requirement-gathering sessions and oversee project deliverables
Requirements
* 10+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
* Proven track record in end-to-end implementations
* Strong experience in project management and team leadership
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English (C1+ level)
Bonus Requirements
* Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) or other HR modules within ServiceNow
