B2B Account Growth Specialist
We are seeking an experienced B2B professional to join our team as a B2B Account Growth Specialist.
About the Role:
* In Charge of Existing Clients (API Wholesale Online - API Retail Offline - WebShopping Account) Within the assigned territory.
* Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
* Acquisition of new key accounts within the assigned territory.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
2. Analyze market trends and client needs to inform strategic account planning.
3. Develop and execute account retention strategies to minimize churn and maximize revenue.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on sales goals and objectives.
Requirements:
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills, thriving in the creation and maintenance of successful long-term commercial relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
* Experienced with proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
* Solid experience and commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
