Role Summary
We are seeking a Professional Agile Facilitator to join our Product and Engineering environment. This is a hands-on role, ideal for an individual who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.

Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies to ensure alignment with Agile principles.
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team.
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery.
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices.
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master.
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums).
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus.
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts.
