As a Biological and Chemistry Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for creating high-quality scientific content, including research abstracts, technical white papers, and analytical chemistry workflows. You will also validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, reproducibility, and compliance with scientific and safety standards.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, data scientists, and computational chemists, to optimize model reasoning and performance. Additionally, you will participate in R&D discussions to enhance AI performance in drug discovery, materials science, and biomedical research applications.
You must have an advanced degree in Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Strong expertise in laboratory research, computational modeling, bioinformatics, or chemical analysis is required. Proven experience in scientific writing, peer-reviewed publication, or technical documentation is necessary.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, laboratory safety, and ethical research guidelines is essential. Selected candidates must complete an English Language Assessment, a mandatory and non-billable step.
