IT Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As the primary point of contact for internal IT support requests, you will provide timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Hardware and Software Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees, both onsite and remote.
* Technical Support: Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
* User Account Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS platforms.
You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining endpoint security, including antivirus, firewalls, VPNs, and multi-factor authentication (MFA). Additionally, you will assist with cloud infrastructure management, data backup, and disaster recovery planning. Regular software updates, security patching, and vulnerability assessments are also part of your responsibilities.
