The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis, process mapping, and requirements elicitation. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements from stakeholders, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria, and mapping processes and integrations. They will also define metrics and success criteria for projects, create test cases, and perform functional validation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience in business analysis, process mapping, and requirements elicitation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
* Knowledge of agile methods and management tools (Jira, Azure Boards)
* Advanced English language skills
* Agile Methodology (Scrum)
