This role involves analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives. Key responsibilities include evaluating business problems, assessing the potential for automated solutions, and developing specifications for systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet business requirements. As a liaison between technology and business areas, you will recommend solutions or improvements to business processes that can be achieved through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology. The ideal candidate will have exceptional verbal, analytical, and written communication skills – must be comfortable speaking and writing to C-level audiences, as well as technical audiences. Key qualifications include typically a University Degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience. Skills in data analytics and reporting, data cleaning, structuring, and management, capacity management and prioritization, business/insurance acumen, and IT processes and systems are also required.
