As a skilled analytics professional, you will design, implement, and optimize customer segmentation models using clustering algorithms (e.g., k-means, DBSCAN, hierarchical clustering) to identify actionable buying groups within customer data platforms.
What You'll Do:
1. Develop customer segmentation strategies to enhance personalization and campaign performance.
2. Cross-functionally work with marketing, product, and engineering teams to build and scale buying group frameworks.
3. Optimize and refine existing customer segmentation models using statistical methods and machine learning techniques.
4. Analyze customer behavior and preferences to inform business decisions.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have the following skills and qualifications:
* Master's degree in Data Science or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, or a related field.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
* Strong understanding of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms.
* Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
