We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team of professionals in a diverse and creative environment.
The ideal candidate will have a talent for gathering and documenting business requirements for Salesforce implementations, mapping and analyzing business processes, designing and configuring solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
* Gather and document business requirements: Engage with stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and translate business needs into functional specifications, such as data models, use cases, and user stories.
* Business process analysis: Map, analyze, and optimize business processes using Salesforce functionalities, such as workflow automation, approval processes, and data validation.
* Solution design & configuration: Collaborate closely with IT and stakeholders to design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals, including solution architecture, data integration, and security settings.
* Data analysis & reporting: Prepare technical reports, dashboards, and visualizations by collecting and analyzing business data and CRM trends, leveraging tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
* Testing & training: Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), prepare training materials, and facilitate learning sessions for end-users, ensuring they understand the new solutions and can effectively utilize them.
* Stakeholder collaboration: Communicate clearly with business leaders, project managers, developers, and end-users to ensure requirements are fully understood, and changes are properly documented and implemented.
