Responsibilities:
* Build and deploy machine learning solutions aligned with our clients’ business goals.
* Develop and optimize machine learning models, focusing on imbalanced data, using traditional algorithms such as XGBoost and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or Keras.
* Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to integrate AI models into production pipelines.
* Conduct performance evaluations, testing, and hyperparameter tuning to ensure scalability and efficiency of solutions.
* Stay up to date with the latest AI and Machine Learning technologies and apply new knowledge to our solutions.
Requirements:
* Proven experience with classification models in imbalanced data scenarios.
* Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries (PyTorch or Keras, Scikit-Learn, etc.).
* Solid experience with traditional machine learning algorithms (XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost, SVM, clustering).
* Strong skills in machine learning model evaluation and deployment.
* Professional proficiency in English.
* Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish.
Nice to Have:
* Knowledge of cloud-based machine learning tools (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
* Experience with MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
* Public portfolio (GitHub, Kaggle, publications).
